AV Engineer
Monday, December 19, 2011 at 1:16PM ADI are one of the leading manufacturers and installers of LED products to Sport, Retail, Leisure, Architecture and Events. As part of our extensive growth plans for 2012, we are looking to temporarily extend our team by appointing an additional AV Engineer, who would report into the Chief Engineer.
We have an enviable client list including some of the premier sporting venues in the UK, Premiership Football World Cup venues, major retail, leisure and architechtural developers and many more. It is a very exciting time for our business as we are one of the UK's leading digital signage providers and each role will allow the individuals to play a vital role in this development.
An outline of the role is as follows:
- Systems Engineer / Technician to provide assistance in the delivery of current projects within set timescales.
- Capability to build, test and commission racks.
- Installtion of the equipment racking
- Ability to interpret schematic diagrams and cable scheduling and suggest potential improvements / enhancements.
- An ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience of designing, implementing and configuring remotely controlled systems.
The candidate should also have the following qualities:
- Be able to work independently and unsupervised within the department, and also part of the wider team here at ADI.
- Reporting directly in to the Chief Engineer
- Have a working experience of broadcast and professional AV equipment.
