Our LED Installations team work in a hands-on environment to create lifetime solutions for our customers, drawing on a unique range of in-house services, including design, LED screen manufacture, installation, production, delivery and maintenance to ensure our customers enjoy the maximum value from their screen.

The Role –

  •  Proven ‘End to End’ Project Management experience within a previous role, from Sales Handover to Commissioning and Client Sign Off, (Inc. groundwork’s, steel fabrication to follow up Service and Maintenance)
  • High level of Technical & IT Systems awareness in an electronics environment.
  • Excellent Planning and Organisational skills both off-site and on-site.  
  • Adherence to systems and processes to ensure H&S, cost control

Financial Assistant

ADI UK Ltd are looking to recruit a Financial Assistant to join their Finance Department.

Responsibilities include:

-          Purchase ledger duties

  • Receiving invoices via post/email and registering on internal system daily;
  • Circulating invoices to relevant personnel for authorisation;
  • Checking incoming invoices to make sure all billing info are correct
  • Maintain supplier online account facility;
  • Supplier account update monthly to ensure the most updated information for cash-flow (spreadsheet skill essential);
  • Fuel cards processing and administration (high volume transaction);
  • Company credit card authorisation and processing using spreadsheet and Sage import


-          Month-end duties

  • Month-end duties including document/invoice copying;
  • Monthly check filing task shared
  • Dealing with general phone calls;
  • Checking emails and responding according to nature of query;
  • Other ad hoc duties;


-          Skills required

  • Knowledge of HMRC regulation on Film, Television and Production Industry Guidance Notes is desirable but not essential;
  • Excel spreadsheet skill essential;
  • Sage Line 50 knowledge preferred;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • An interest in high-technology environment and desire to learn more every day;
  • ‘Can-do’ attitude, be able to multitasking and willing to take on any given responsibilities;

ADI UK Ltd are looking to recruit Freelance Screen Mix Directors for playout of pre-match programs and in play content  for the LED screens at Premiership and Championship clubs.  Playout will be from ADI’s galleries at Preston.

The successful candidates will ideally have experience in Directing but it is not necessary, as full training will be provided.  Experience operating in a live environment is essential, as is the ability to take control of situations, have good verbal and written communication.  You must live within an hour’s travel distance to ADI’s office at Preston.

ADI UK Ltd are looking to recruit Freelance MCR and Guarantee Engineers. The successful candidates will be both supporting ADI staff or working unsupervised at sporting events based either at ADI’s headquarters in Preston or locations throughout the UK.


The ideal candidates will have experience with professional and broadcast audio/video equipment in a live environment. Including routers, audio mixers, cameras, VTR’s etc.   Control of equipment via IT systems including IP transmission, experience in racking cameras and guaranteeing outside broadcast units. Ability to interpret schematic diagrams and cable scheduling to effect fast and efficient repairs when required.  Monitoring of multiple feeds from remote facilities and routing these to their required destinations.


You will have good communication skills and be a team player whilst being able to work unsupervised. Having the ability to multi-task across audio, video and IT equipment.
